Yes, I know this is semi-old (in web terms) and has been seen a millions times, but it’s still awesome. Personally, I think Seth Godin has the best commentary on this, but there’s a lot of other good opinions.
My two cents: Sure, you have to be brave to be the leader, but this guy wasn’t trying to be brave. He was just rocking out.
